These terms apply to purchases and enquiries made through Ibn Bawa Textiles.

Orders and availability

Products, sizing and workshop availability are confirmed before an order is finalised. We may decline or cancel an order where an item cannot be confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified through Paystack or by authorised Ibn Bawa staff.

Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are confirmed for each order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

WhatsApp service

WhatsApp replies are provided for customer enquiries and authorised transactional updates. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
