Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information held by Ibn Bawa Textiles where we are not required to retain it for a completed order, fraud prevention, tax, or other legal obligation.

How to request deletion

Send a WhatsApp message to our official business channel stating: “Data deletion request”. Use the same phone number used for your enquiry or order where possible.

What happens next

We will verify the request, delete eligible personal information from active customer-service records, and confirm completion. We may retain only the minimum information required by law or to resolve an active transaction.

Marketing consent

You can stop marketing messages immediately by replying STOP. This does not affect essential messages about an active order.
